These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Roam Self Storage waitlist and promotional offers. Roam Self Storage ("we", "us", "our", "Roam") operates storage services for caravans, RVs, and containers in Colac, Victoria, Australia.

By joining our waitlist, submitting your details, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Definitions

• "Offer" means the "First Month Free" promotion described in these Terms
• "Service" means caravan, RV, and container storage services
• "Launch" means when we officially open for bookings and begin providing storage services
• "Waitlist" means our pre-launch customer interest list
• "You" means the person joining our waitlist or using our services

3. Eligibility & Sign-up

To join our waitlist and be eligible for promotions, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be an Australian resident
• Provide accurate contact information

One registration per person or household. Group registrations, bulk sign-ups, or multiple accounts are not permitted and may result in disqualification from offers.

4. How the Waitlist Works

• You join our waitlist by submitting your name and email address through our website
• We will contact you exclusively about Roam Self Storage launch dates, availability, and promotional offers
• By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive email communications from us
• You may unsubscribe from communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly

5. "First Month Free" Promotion Terms

5.1 Eligibility

• Available to new customers only - you must not have any existing bookings or storage agreements with Roam Self Storage
• Must be on our waitlist prior to launch

5.2 Offer Details

• Benefit: Waiver of your first month's storage fee up to a maximum value of $200
• Redemption: You must confirm your booking and pay the required security deposit within 14 days of receiving our launch notification
• Agreement Required: You must sign our standard Storage Agreement to claim this offer

5.3 Conditions & Restrictions

• Not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred to another person
• Cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions
• Expiry: If you do not complete your booking within 30 days of our launch notification, this offer expires and cannot be claimed
• Storage Limitations: Available for caravans, RVs, and containers. Caravans exceeding 24 feet in length may be subject to availability and additional terms

5.4 Our Rights

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Modified" date.

6. No Guarantee of Launch

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Roam Self Storage may delay its launch indefinitely or may never commence operations. Business launch is subject to various factors including but not limited to planning approvals, construction completion, and commercial viability.

In the event we do not launch our services, we will not owe any compensation to waitlist members. Your only commitment is your expression of interest in our services.

7. Storage Services & Fees (Post-Launch)

• After your complimentary first month (if applicable), standard storage rates will apply as outlined in our Booking Form and Storage Agreement
• All ongoing services will be subject to our standard terms including security deposits, insurance requirements, access conditions, and late payment fees
• Storage rates and terms may change with appropriate notice

8. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect and store your name and email address solely for the purpose of:

• Maintaining our waitlist
• Notifying you about our launch and service availability
• Sending promotional offers related to our storage services

Your Rights:

• You may opt out of communications at any time
• You may request deletion of your data by contacting us
• We will not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including logos, text, images, graphics, and design elements are owned by Roam Self Storage or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

10. Storage Types & Restrictions

We provide secure storage for:

• Caravans (up to 24 feet in length - larger caravans subject to availability)
• Recreational Vehicles (RVs)
• Shipping Containers

Additional restrictions or requirements may apply based on size, condition, or local regulations. Final acceptance of any vehicle or container is at our sole discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

11.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages including lost profits, travel costs, or missed opportunities
• Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any)
• We make no warranties about the timing or availability of our services

11.2 Your Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of our website or services
• Your breach of these Terms
• Any false or misleading information you provide

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing legal action.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make changes:

• Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
